Hi everyone,

Congratulations on getting into Durham!

Laurie Hill and I are your Head Freshers’ Representatives (Head Freps), meaning that we’ve spent the summer planning Butler College Freshers’ Week. We’ve lined up plenty of exciting events and a variety of activities to suit everyone and to ensure that all of you feel completely welcomed and settled in here. We can't wait for you to join us, but in the meantime, make sure you enjoy the rest of your well-earned summer holiday!

If you haven’t already, please follow @ButlerJCR on Twitter and join our Facebook Group for updates. We will be all over social media in the run-up to Freshers’ Week so keep an eye out for our accounts, which we will post about on the Facebook page too!

Remember, there’s no such thing as a silly question - if there is anything you need, this Facebook group is a great place to ask questions and our lovely Freps, Proctors, and Exec members will be more than happy to help you out! Alternatively, feel free to email me or Laurie at anisha.solanki@durham.ac.uk and l.l.a.hill@dur.ac.uk

See you very soon!
